However, it’s important to note that this unique meal was not part of the airline’s intended catering.
The unusual situation arose due to a catering issue at Providenciales International Airport, the flight’s initial departure point. Unfortunately, the catering carts on the aircraft were not properly cooled, resulting in the disposal of all food to avoid the risk of food poisoning.
This unfortunate incident impacted not only the food from Providenciales to Nassau but also affected the entire eight-hour and 25-minute journey from Nassau to London. Understandably, passengers expressed their frustration and disappointment on social media and various media outlets.
