The US Dollar Shows Depreciation in Both Interbank and Open Market

The US dollar witnessed a depreciation of 81 paise during interbank trading. At the last session’s closing, the dollar stood at 286 rupees 71 paise, but it has now declined to 285 rupees 90 paise in interbank trading.

Moreover, in the open market, the dollar experienced a decrease of two rupees, resulting in its sale at Rs 289.

These developments indicate that the value of the dollar may continue to decline further. As a result, the Pakistan Stock Exchange began with a negative trend, showing a 72-point decrease in the stock market 100 index, maintaining its business at the level of 41 thousand 364.
